Since then my whole working life has been involved with "the caring professions", starting as a Medical Secretary, and later training as a Midwife.  When my son was diagnosed with autism in the mid-1990s I needed more time to spend with him, and my work needed to adapt to this.  I took up the interest in complementary therapies that had begun in my student midwifery days.  Energy therapies, including homoeopathy, Reiki, crystal therapy and Energy Field Healing have proved to be of enormous help to all my family.

I began by qualifying as a Crystal Therapist in 1998 and a Reiki practitioner in 2000.   I trained as a Reiki Teacher in 2001 and began teaching Reiki the year after.

Over the next few years my sensitivity to energy developed and I began to sense colours and textures in the energy field; sometimes emotions or words as well.  My hands wanted to move, and I began to clear away the old, stuck energy I was sensing.  Sometimes I felt chakras that were damaged or stuck together and I worked on these intuitively, or on the outer layers of the energy field. 

I felt I needed to progress my training to encompass these developing skills.  I searched for several years, looking for the right courses that would guide me, and finally came upon Sue Zange, as well as work in shamanic healing. In 2008/9 I trained as an Advanced Energy Field Healer with Sue.

Energy Field Healing has provided me with the detailed techniques I was looking for to enable me to work on the human energy field in the way I have always dreamed of doing. I completed my Energy Field Healing Diploma in November 2008 and completed the Advanced Energy Field Healing course in April 2009.  Shortly after that I completed the "Healing the Home" course, where energy techniques are used to heal the energy of land and buildings.

The Human Energy Field is endlessly fascinating to me.  I continue to be interested in why people become ill and in working with them to discover how they might best be helped, and help themselves, to improve their health and sense of well-being. 

In July 2002 I had my first energy field healing session with Sue Zange. What an amazing experience that was. It changed my life, reassured me, gave me strength and helped me to embark on my own journey of self-awareness and self-discovery – for which I shall be eternally grateful. I went on to train with Sue at Inspirit, The Centre for Energy Field Awareness and in 2004 I achieved the Advanced Diploma in Professional Energy Field Healing. Over the last 8 years I have continued my training and self-development with Inspirit, keeping up-to-date with enhanced techniques and latest developments in the fascinating and revolutionary domain of energy field awareness. I now see life through different eyes.

In 2009, I retired from a 25 year career in the Police Service, during which I had gained knowledge and understanding of many of life's complexities and a strong sense of community. I am now pursuing my passion for Energy Field Healing and am fully committed to expanding public awareness of this remarkable therapy. I am a qualified Operating Department Practioner, prior to that I have had various jobs. I work in an Operating theatre Environment with a great team.  I am also a mother of two children, and a grandmother of two.

I have been through a lot of the issues above and I am sure you have to. When we need help Spiritually as well as emotionally it can be very difficult finding the right treatment, and finding the right person to connect with. I am a business woman and entrepreneur and have a strong work ethic.  I founded a centre for women’s health, HealthHarmonie, in 2004 which continues to flourish today.  Energy Field Healing has changed my approach to business for the better.  I now work with people who share the same core values which are part of my daily life.

From an early age I was interested in an alternative approach and thus spent 10 years trying a variety of healing methods for my own health and well being.  It seemed to me there had to be a better way than treating symptom.  I searched for something that would get in there and deal with the root of the problem and in Energy Field Healing I found it. 

Following an increasing number of 'weird' occurrences, in combination with one day hearing "I want to be healer" unexpectedly pop out of my mouth, meant I decided to seek help.  I was referred to Sue Zange and Energy Field training.  In fact I was premature in my timing and didn't make it until Jan 2006, but since then I haven't looked back. I have watched myself change beyond the recognition of old colleagues, watch family relations improve and grow, and have had EFH help me through newly arriving life trauma, allowing me stay afloat and still have energy left to offer others support.

I seem to have an affinity for those in need of releasing emotional and karmic trauma and patterning which has led to restriction in life and relationship. Structural realignment can play a key part in our personal development and healing too.

Although I continued to train in other therapies there was something missing then I discovered Energy Field Healing through a friend. Intrigued I was one of her case studies. A wart on my hand that had been there for 3 years, disappeared within 2 weeks hence my inquisitiveness and desire to learn more. I endured many traumas throughout my childhood both physical and emotional. I felt very different to most other children, maybe because I saw the world differently. I came from a very loving family home, which was full of love, joy and peace in which I always felt safe. This carried on into my adult life until I had a traumatic emotional upset which left me with the feelings of emotional imbalance, fear, anxiety and helplessness. I knew that my life did not have to be that way. This was when I found Energy Field Healing. It has opened doors and made me stronger, enabling me to move forward with my life. My second session with the healer went much deeper, memories of trauma from my past surfaced and the healer with her sensitive approach was able to remove this non serving energy and help me to come to terms with my past experiences.

I was so overwhelmed by my own personal experience that I started attending some of the workshops by Insirit which lead me to enrol on the next available Foundation Course for which I gained a Diploma in January 2007.  I then went on to complete the Advanced Diploma Course in November that same year.

Due to work committments I was unable to dedicate my time to offer Energy Field Healing to clients. I qualified in Reiki, I found this helped me at the time but didn't last long term.  After a day I was back to the same issues. I knew someone who was training with Sue Zange in energy field healing so I enquired.  My whole life changed from that point and continues too.  Like a miracle my depression, stress, panic attacks and overactive thyroid all went and two years on have never come back. I had been through a part of my life journey and experienced the physical, emotional and mental pain that came along with it. It was only when I was unable to control the pain that I found myself at a healing session. I felt the energy flow through me immediately and was so fascinated that I wanted to learn more.

After learning various techniques of healing, I felt that something else was missing, as if my own spiritual healing journey was continuing. I knew that there was something more to my life, I needed to learn to grow mentally and spiritually strong in the art of healing. I felt that the knowledge was vast and was there for me to tap into, but where and how I asked myself?

It was at this stage, purely by accident that I went to one of Sue Zange’s workshops in Birmingham. As soon as I saw the Energy Field Healing I knew immediately that this was what I was looking for. I was so intrigued that my desire and abilities to learn grew more and more, day by day. I felt as if a new world had begun to emerge for me, for my own personal journey and learning as a healer; healing myself, others and the world around me. I became alive once more and was empowered with the desire to lead myself as a healer. As a trained doula I can also be with you at your birth, energetically clearing your birth room, creating a calm and relaxed space, to welcome your baby into the world. I also work with children assisting with sleep disturbances, night terrors, physical challenges, disabilities, emotional or behavioural issues. We can all have difficulty coping with life's challenges, but sometimes children don't have the coping mechanisms, to be able to manage the changes that happen for them.

I provide a safe space for your child to discover and express themselves freely and to find a solution to their issues. An energy field treatment is wonderful for any child, as they resonate with this gentle energy treatment and often heal very quickly. I am also a Bowen Technique practitioner, Baby Massage/Baby Yoga instructor and Children’s Yoga Teacher. Using energy field and my other combined skills, I can teach your child techniques to manage their condition or stress effectively. 

My other passion is home/workplace and land energy clearance. Just as your energy can become imbalanced, so can the energy of your home or workplace. The resonance of all emotion and feeling can be held within a building or land and so it is essential to have the patterns of this cleansed, to ensure good health and prosperity.  Your illness or emotional issues could be a result of an imbalance of energy within your home. A clearance is an investment to your health and well-being.
