I qualified in Reiki, I found this helped me at the time but didn't last long term.  After a day I was back to the same issues. I knew someone who was training with Sue Zange in energy field healing so I enquired.  My whole life changed from that point and continues too.  Like a miracle my depression, stress, panic attacks and overactive thyroid all went and two years on have never come back. Energy field healing helps with so many different emotional, mental and physical difficulties.

Life is to be lived and enjoyed. Love is a healer. After the journey I have experienced my heart gives thanks all the time, as I know two different sides to life. This makes me the person I am today and I am very proud of that.

I knew I wanted to be a ‘healer’.

It was on a course which demonstrated the incredible effects of Energy Field Healing that I knew I had found the therapy I needed to study and offer to clients.  I enrolled with Sue at Inspirit on the Diploma for Energy Field Healing in early 2005, followed by the Advanced Diploma in 2007 and have been offering EFH since graduating in January 2006.

In July 2002, when my long-term relationship was breaking down, I had my first energy field healing session with Sue Zange. What an amazing experience that was. It changed my life, reassured me, gave me strength and helped me to embark on my own journey of self-awareness and self-discovery – for which I shall be eternally grateful. I went on to train with Sue at Inspirit, The Centre for Energy Field Awareness and in 2004 I achieved the Diploma in Professional Energy Field Healing. Some traumatic events lead me to try Energy Field Healing, which not only helped me to recover from the experience, but also opened my eyes to how other peoples energy and environmental factors can effect ones health and well-being.

Having spent most of my working life offering careers support services to adults and young people, I feel I have come across a way that can definitively help us to deal with issues in a powerful, serving way that is unique to each individual and very different from other forms of therapy.

Since then my whole working life has been involved with “the caring professions”, starting as a Medical Secretary, and later training as a Midwife.  When my son was diagnosed with autism in the mid-1990s I needed more time to spend with him, and my work needed to adapt to this.  I took up the interest in complementary therapies that had begun in my student midwifery days.  Energy therapies, including homoeopathy, Reiki, crystal therapy and Energy Field Healing have proved to be of enormous help to all my family.

I began by qualifying as a Crystal Therapist in 1998 and a Reiki practitioner in 2000.   I trained as a Reiki Teacher in 2001 and began teaching Reiki the year after.

Over the next few years my sensitivity to energy developed and I began to sense colours and textures in the energy field; sometimes emotions or words as well.  My hands wanted to move, and I began to clear away the old, stuck energy I was sensing.  Sometimes I felt chakras that were damaged or stuck together and I worked on these intuitively, or on the outer layers of the energy field. 

I felt I needed to progress my training to encompass these developing skills.  I searched for several years, looking for the right courses that would guide me, and finally came upon Sue Zange, as well as Alberto Villoldo’s work in shamanic healing. In 2008/9 I trained as an Advanced Energy Field Healer with Sue.

Energy Field Healing has provided me with the detailed techniques I was looking for to enable me to work on the human energy field in the way I have always dreamed of doing. I completed my Energy Field Healing Diploma in November 2008 and completed the Advanced Energy Field Healing course in April 2009.  Shortly after that I completed the “Healing the Home” course, where energy techniques are used to heal the energy of land and buildings.

The Human Energy Field is endlessly fascinating to me.  I continue to be interested in why people become ill and in working with them to discover how they might best be helped, and help themselves, to improve their health and sense of well-being. 

I am a qualified Operating Department Practioner, prior to that I have had various jobs. I work in an Operating theatre Environment with a great team.  I am also a mother of two children, and a grandmother of two.

I have been through a lot of the issues above and I am sure you have to. When we need help Spiritually as well as emotionally it can be very difficult finding the right treatment, and finding the right person to connect with. You are already feeling vunerable so finding that special person and making that connection is very important.

I trained in Reflexology, Reiki, Indian head massage although I enjoyed the learning experience, It did not satisfy what I was looking for.

Sometimes our lives can go in many directions before we come to walk the rightfull path Then I think your gut instincts kicks in and you just now this is the right person, place and timing everything just falls into place.

There was still a gap I needed to fill in my life when someone recommended Sue Zange and Energy Field Healing. I attended courses had healing, and I was hooked. The atmosphere the friendliness I loved it all and still do.

I trained in Energy Field Healing in 2004, from childhood I was sensitive to people and places. Always feeling  a bit different so it was great to be with likeminded people.

It hasn't always been an easy journey I think delving into your emotions is one of the most difficult things you can go through. From an early age I was interested in an alternative approach and thus spent 10 years trying a variety of healing methods for my own health and well being.  It seemed to me there had to be a better way than treating symptom.  I searched for something that would get in there and deal with the root of the problem and in Energy Field Healing I found it. 

Following an increasing number of 'weird' occurrences, in combination with one day hearing "I want to be healer" unexpectedly pop out of my mouth, meant I decided to seek help.  I was referred to Sue Zange and Energy Field training.  In fact I was premature in my timing and didn't make it until Jan 2006, but since then I haven't looked back. I have watched myself change beyond the recognition of old colleagues, watch family relations improve and grow, and have had EFH help me through newly arriving life trauma, allowing me stay afloat and still have energy left to offer others support.

I offer a one hour Energy Field Healing session to clear, balance and restore the energy field and to address any deeper issues that arise as a priority in the field. Although I continued to train in other therapies there was something missing then I discovered Energy Field Healing through a friend. Intrigued I was one of her case studies. A wart on my hand that had been there for 3 years, disappeared within 2 weeks hence my inquisitiveness and desire to learn more. This lead me to train and qualify with Sue Zange in Energy Field healing in January 2003.

Since then I have each year attended Graduate support days and other courses as Healing the Home, Healing Animals and Advanced Energy Field Healing Techniques.  Says Lorraine ‘Sues courses never cease to amaze me, things move on as well as learning new techniques and knowledge’.  Attending yearly updates with the Bowen technique has also been important particularly in supporting Lorraine work with children, which I am now able to offer in both therapies.

I left a career as a teaching assistant in 2005 and studied Flower Essences and trained as a Homeopath, initially as a way to keep my family in good health. This was only the beginning though, as I came to realise that true wellbeing involves mind, body and spirit and is greatly enhanced by living in line with our heart's desires and true nature.
